Kendra studied in Quebec and received her Diploma of Osteopathy from the College D’Études Ostéopathiques of Montreal after six years of intensive training. Her use of gentle manual techniques to restore circulation, neurological activity and mobility can help diminish pain by finding and addressing the underlying cause of the problem, not just treating the symptoms. This global approach to health assesses the whole body to find and explain the source of pain and to propose long-term solutions.
Kendra works on a wide range of physical and physiological dysfunctions, including joint and muscle pain, neurological pain, headaches, TMJ, digestive and respiratory problems. She has experience working with pregnant women and women’s’ health issues; she also has specialized training and experience working with infants and babies.
Kendra also has specialized cranial osteopathic training, offering a highly effective approach for people suffering from headaches and migraines, high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, emotional or psychological distress, and head injuries.

Dr. Calvin is an evidence-based chiropractor that uses an integrative approach. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) from McMaster University in 2011 before pursuing a 4-year Doctorate program in Chiropractic.
A strong believer in continuing education and development, Dr. Calvin has since taken a wide range of elective courses in neurokinetic therapy (NKT), motion palpating institute (MPI), OTZ, active release technique (ART), Thompson technique, Activator, and Diversified techniques to better support his patients. As your chiropractor, his focus will be on helping you reach your individualized goals (i.e. decreased pain, injury prevention, health maintenance, improved mobility, etc.)
Dr. Calvin believes in taking a holistic approach to assessing and improving his patients’ overall wellness – healthy active living, preventative care and balanced eating are at the core of his practice. He has seen the most impactful and lasting changes to his patients’ health, healing and recovery when they are given support and education on how to eat, think and move for recovery.
Since the birth of his daughter, Adelaide, in 2021, he has been especially passionate about helping mothers and babies, and guiding them through the transition of pregnancy and infancy. Dr. Cheung has taken elective courses from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and Webster technique. During pregnancy, chiropractic can be especially helpful in managing (and preventing) pain during pregnancy and postpartum. For infants, chiropractic can be supportive in latching, proper digestion, and overall movement.
For those who are looking to take an active role in improving their health, chiropractic is a fantastic preventative healthcare or health maintenance practice. As you would visit your dentist for a regular check-up or cleaning, it is recommended to visit your chiropractor for a spinal “check up”. No matter what your background is, Dr. Calvin will work with you to meet your goals and help you thrive!
Conditions Treated:
- Chronic postural injuries (from poor work posture!)
- Shoulder injuries (rotator cuff strain, tendonitis, frozen shoulder)
- Spinal injuries (neck, mid-back, low back)
- Pregnancy-related low back and pelvic pain
- Infant-related issues (latching, digestion, overall movement)
- Jaw pain
- Sports-related injuries
- Extremity injuries (elbow, wrist, knees, and ankles)
About Calvin:
On any given day, you’d likely find him hiking, playing tennis, or playing fetch with his dog, Poppy. He loves his job and strives to be known as a gentle, trustworthy and respectable chiropractor and community member. He is looking forward to being part of the OHC family and helping you achieve peak health so that you can thrive!

Hey I’m Dr. Maya
I’ve been studying health and natural medicines for the last 10 years and as a Naturopathic Doctor, I firmly trust that the body can heal itself. It just needs the right environment and support to do so.
My passion for women’s health and hormones and my background knowledge in natural functional therapies give me the perfect combination of clinical expertise and natural knowledge.
My story is very similar to the women I work with…heavy painful periods, thyroid issues, intense fatigue and unreliable digestion all hit me during my undergraduate degree in Honours Health Science at Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario.
I was consistently dismissed by my doctors, I was told these were a ‘normal part of being a woman’, and I was offered hormonal contraceptives or anti-anxiety medication.
I finally had to become my own doctor and find the root cause of these problems.
Because of this, I truly understand my clients’ pain, because I’ve been there too.
It breaks my heart when women learn to ignore the signs their body is giving them because they’ve been told by other health care providers that it’s ‘in their head’ or ‘typical for a woman’.
As a little girl, I used to be shy and quiet and reserved. I was honestly scared to be seen.
But as I continue to embark on this journey of life, I have been more comfortable expressing my weirdness. I can be sassy, I can be opinionated, I can be quirky and I love learning new information.
I swear when I get excited and I absolutely love cheering on the women around me as they step into their own power as well!
I don’t want to be like all the other doctors. I don’t want to hide behind a white lab coat and be a cold mirror reflecting back to you.
I want to form a connection with you. I want to show you I’m human too, I have a personality, I have some fire and sass and by sharing myself openly, I see that my clients heal so much faster knowing they are interacting with a real human being.
I value freedom, autonomy and adventure. I value being able to trust myself and building that self trust for my clients as well. I want women to feel connected with their body, their intuition and their body awareness, and to be able to act on this and do what’s best for themselves.
I am on a mission to build up the frequency of the women around me and watch them step into their power and reclaim their voices as they continuously develop toward their highest version of themselves.
Are you ready to come along for the journey?
Hey I’m Dr. Maya
I’ve been studying health and natural medicines for the last 10 years and as a ...
